Pacific Facility Solutions is hiring a full‑time Plumbing Manager – Journeyman Plumber for the Bellingham, WA area. The role involves building, managing and leading a plumbing team, performing plumbing work, creating estimates, and submitting bids.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of plumbers
• Provide hands‑on technical and troubleshooting support
• Offer training to help team members succeed
• Create estimates and submit bids for jobs
• Calculate project costs with attention to detail
• Use strong customer service skills to win client confidence
• Ensure quality, safety, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Perform plumbing maintenance and installation tasks as needed

Requirements

• Licensed as a journeyman P1 plumber

Pay
