About the role
Able Skills, the largest private construction training provider in the South East, is seeking an experienced plumbing instructor to join their team. This full-time, salaried position offers the opportunity to deliver courses at weekends with overtime pay. You will train fee-paying, self-funded adults looking to improve existing skills, gain qualifications, or retrain for the construction industry.
This role provides variety, professional development, and personal growth within an established training company.
Responsibilities
- Instruct and assess plumbing courses, including City & Guilds 6035, City & Guilds Accredited Courses, short DIY courses, and NVQ assessments.
Requirements
- Level 2/3 qualification in plumbing.
- Possess or willingness to work toward an Assessors Qualification (TAQA, A1, D32, D33, D34).
- Experience working within the industry is preferable.
