Plumbing Installer (Multiple Schedules Available)

Job Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures, including toilet replacements, faucet replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common plumbing repairs
• Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential settings
• Troubleshoot system malfunctions and provide effective solutions to customers
• Communicate with customers to inform them of issues, recommended solutions, and service outcomes
• Ensure all installations and repairs comply with national, state, and local plumbing codes
• Respond to customer inquiries, handle service call-outs, and prepare cost estimates for plumbing services
• Utilize Service Titan software to document repairs, maintenance, and service calls accurately
• Follow industry safety standards to ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
• Deliver exceptional service with a professional and customer-focused approach

Requirements

• MUST BE LICENSED IN THE STATE OF CT! P2 or P1 - JOURNEYMAN OR MASTER PLUMBING LICENSE
• Alternative schedules available: Four 10 hour shifts a week, Tuesday - Saturday, Wednesday - Sunday, 11am - 8pm, 12pm - 9pm, Nights & Weekends, etc.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a plumbing installer or a similar role
• Certifications: Plumbing certification or equivalent experience from a technical/trade school is preferred
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance, including water heaters, toilets, faucets, and common fixtures
• Service Software: Experience with Service Titan or similar trade software is a plus
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and listening skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
• Attention to Detail: Ability to perform accurate work while adhering to all plumbing codes and regulations
• Customer-Focused: A commitment to delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
