Plumbing Installer Apprentice

What You'll Do

• Aid in main plumbing system upgrades, pipe swap-outs, and fixture replacements.
• Run water supply lines and install DWV piping safely and efficiently.
• Set up water heaters, sump pumps, water softeners, and bathroom/kitchen fixtures.
• Install garbage disposals, backup sump pump systems, gas lines for appliances, and filtration systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and manage vehicle inventory for efficiency.
• Accurately complete invoices, timecards, and project documentation.
• Engage actively in training sessions, team meetings, trade shows, and company retreats.

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of hands-on plumbing experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and quick learning ability for new tasks.
• Clear communication skills for both teamwork and customer interactions.
• High integrity, positive attitude, collaborative approach, and commitment to self-improvement.
• A valid driver's license with an insurable record, passing background check and drug screen.

Physical Requirements and Work Location

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces (attics/crawlspaces) and at various heights.
• Capacity to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods.
