Responsibilities
- Install Plumbing Systems
- Replace and maintain residential plumbing systems and fixtures including toilets, faucets, water heaters, and perform soldering tasks
- Ensure safety, water quality, and code compliance through thorough inspection and testing
- Perform common repairs and resolve issues found during inspections or service calls
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions with professionalism
- Respond to customer needs and provide accurate estimates for installations and repairs
- Assist with scheduling, job management, and customer updates using Service Titan or similar software
Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential plumbing installation experience
- Solid understanding of standard plumbing practices, soldering, and repairs
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with plumbing tools, equipment, and fixture installation
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Service Titan or similar software experience is a plus
