Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and direction for field personnel
• Evaluate the quality of work at each phase of construction
• Aid in complex project installation challenges
• Report to and make recommendations to the project manager based on observations
• Ensure proper procedures are followed by all staff
• Direct subcontractors and field personnel, offering training and guidance
• Lead team to achieve project profitability and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with plumbing new construction
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Applicable state code knowledge
• Pass a background check and drug screening
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Journeyman certification preferred but considered on a case-by-case basis
