Plumbing Foreman

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, specifications, and applicable building codes to ensure quality and compliance
• Lead and perform the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems, including piping, fixtures, equipment, and appliances
• Coordinate plumbing work with other trades, including electricians and HVAC technicians
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and develop effective solutions in a timely manner
• Inspect completed and ongoing work to ensure quality, accuracy, and code compliance
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and job progress
• Perform pipe threading, soldering, welding, and other plumbing-related tasks
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized plumbing equipment
• Handle and transport equipment and materials, including heavy lifting when required
• Help ensure jobsites remain organized, safe, and productive
• Provide leadership and direction to plumbing crews to keep projects moving efficiently

Qualifications

• Valid New Hampshire Journeyman Plumber license
• Strong mechanical knowledge and a thorough understanding of plumbing systems
• Previous experience leading crews or managing plumbing jobsites
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and specialized plumbing equipment
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• HVAC experience is a plus
• 5 years of plumbing experience (Required)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must pass a background check

Pay

$45.00 - $50.00 per hour, based on experience
