Responsibilities
- Assist lead plumber and residential service team on repair calls
- Perform drain cleaning, water heater repairs, and pipe repairs
- Support lead plumber with customer interactions and diagnostics
- Complete jobs thoroughly and efficiently while maintaining safety and client satisfaction
- Learn new skills through on‑the‑job training and help the business thrive
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive, can‑do attitude
- Mechanical aptitude
- Strong customer service skills
- Prior plumbing experience is a plus but not required
