What You'll Do
- Start by mastering drain cleaning, helping homeowners solve urgent problems while developing your skills.
- Progress through our career path, including training in water conditioning, plumbing service, and installation.
- Educate and SELL custom options to each homeowner, depending on their drain, plumbing, and water quality needs.
- Assist licensed plumbers on a variety of plumbing tasks.
- Show up with a positive attitude and a commitment to learning every day.
- Deliver 5-star experiences to every homeowner, every time.
- Must have a Valid Driver's License
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must not be afraid of SALES. This role is a technician, BUT you will be responsible for customer education and sales!
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to embrace change in a growing company
- Previous experience in plumbing or drain cleaning is a plus, but not required. We train the right people!
