Experienced and high-performing technicians have the potential to earn $100,000–$150,000 annually. Starting compensation and pay during training are based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform drain cleaning services in residential and light commercial settings
• Handle minor plumbing repairs and service work
• Diagnose plumbing and drain issues
• Clearly communicate recommended solutions and pricing to customers
• Deliver a professional, respectful, and high-quality customer experience
• Manage your schedule efficiently to meet daily service goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked company vehicle
• Follow company procedures and safety standards while completing each job

Requirements

• Experience in plumbing, sewer, drain cleaning, or a related mechanical trade is preferred—but not required
• Mechanical aptitude, dependability, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with coworkers, dispatchers, managers, and other team members
• Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude
• Pride in delivering clean, high-quality work
• Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities effectively
• Valid driver’s license with fewer than six points preferred
