Experienced and high-performing technicians have the potential to earn $100,000–$150,000 annually. Starting compensation and pay during training are based on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Perform drain cleaning services in residential and light commercial settings
- Handle minor plumbing repairs and service work
- Diagnose plumbing and drain issues
- Clearly communicate recommended solutions and pricing to customers
- Deliver a professional, respectful, and high-quality customer experience
- Manage your schedule efficiently to meet daily service goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked company vehicle
- Follow company procedures and safety standards while completing each job
Requirements
- Experience in plumbing, sewer, drain cleaning, or a related mechanical trade is preferred—but not required
- Mechanical aptitude, dependability, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with coworkers, dispatchers, managers, and other team members
- Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude
- Pride in delivering clean, high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities effectively
- Valid driver’s license with fewer than six points preferred
