Plumber Residential Service - SIGN ON BONUS

The position includes a $5,000.00 sign-on bonus and we are looking to add experienced residential plumbers to our team immediately.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
• Install water heaters, fixtures, well pumps, and water treatment systems
• Complete re-pipe and remodeling projects
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Mentor apprentices and less-experienced technicians
• Maintain accurate job documentation using company-provided technology

Requirements

• 5+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Strong drive to do the job right the first time and pride in your work
• Be a lifelong learner and realize you never stop learning and growing in the field to be good at the trade
• Valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record (required for company vehicle)
• A Journeyman's or Master's License is a plus
• Service Titan trained is a plus
• Comfortable using an iPad and mobile technology to complete work orders and communicate with customers and team members

Pay

Compensation: $25-$45 per hour + overtime + spiffs. Top performers have the opportunity to earn significantly more through overtime and incentive opportunities. Includes a $5,000.00 sign-on bonus.
