What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
- Handle service calls including fixtures, drains, water heaters, and piping
- Communicate clearly with customers and provide solution-based recommendations
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and customer experience
- Maintain accurate job notes and documentation
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Solid knowledge of plumbing codes and best practices
- Solid professional communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
