Hourly pay range: $30 per hour starting (negotiable based on experience and skill sets).

Responsibilities

Must be able to operate the following equipment and be experienced with these types of repairs:

• Sewer machine
• Closet & urinal auger
• Sewer camera
• Sewer jetter/hydro jetting
• ProPress machine/tool from 1/2" to 2 1/2"
• PRV replacements from 3/4" up to 2 1/2"
• Commercial flush valve & sensored flush valve replacements
• Commercial toilet & urinal replacements (floor mounted and wall hung)
• Sensored and standard faucet replacements
• Mop sink faucet replacement
• 3-compartment sink faucet replacements
• Commercial water shut down for a store using main shut offs

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in plumbing services
• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Clean MVR/driving records within past 5 years
• No felony convictions for the past 10 years
• Must be able to use phone and tablets without assistance

Skills

• Mechanical skills – Strong knowledge of plumbing tools and an understanding of how basic plumbing systems work
• Physical fitness – Ability to kneel, crouch, and carry tools and supplies
• Troubleshooting – Ability to detect the causes of leaks and clogs
• Math skills – Ability to accurately measure and cut piping and determine material quantities
• Customer service skills – Ability to make adequate repairs and gain customer confidence and loyalty
• Detail oriented – Attention to detail, such as using correct materials or ensuring water supply is shut off
• Analytical skills – Ability to interpret schematics and drawings for new plumbing system installations
