Responsibilities

• Fixing and maintaining plumbing systems and fixtures, including pipes, valves, fittings, and fixtures like sinks, toilets, and water heaters.
• Installing new fixtures and components as needed.
• Painting and finishing: Tasks such as painting, plastering, and filling gaps.
• Light construction: Assisting with light construction, carpentry, and other related tasks.
• Cleaning and maintenance: General cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Appliance repair: Performing simple repairs on appliances like dishwashers or water heaters.
