Job Duties

• Assist Lead Plumbers: Help with residential plumbing repairs, installations, and diagnostic troubleshooting.
• Tool & Material Management: Load and unload trucks, carry equipment, and ensure the Lead Plumber has the necessary tools for each job.
• Job Site Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area before, during, and after service calls.
• Customer Interaction: Greet homeowners politely, maintain a professional appearance, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow all company safety protocols, local plumbing codes, and instruction from senior team members.

Minimum Requirements

• Work Ethic: A strong desire to learn the plumbing trade, take direction well, and work hard.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work comfortably in tight spaces like crawlspaces or attics.
• Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record is required to operate company vehicles.
• Punctuality: Reliability is our brand—you must be consistently on time and dependable.

Compensation

$48,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
