Responsibilities
- Leading Enterprise GIS System Administration for the City’s Enterprise GIS program.
- System administration/support of ArcSDE in a multi-user distributed environment using ArcSDE in Oracle & SQL Server DBMS environments.
- Use of ArcGIS Server software.
- Formation of security profiles for ArcSDE & database users.
- Contributor to server-based GIS solutions with ESRI suite of products (ArcGIS Server, ArcIMS, ArcView/ArcInfo, ArcEngine, ArcObjects).
- Respond to system outages outside normal work hours (on-call).
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Cartography, Geography or closely related field.
- Five (5) years of progressively responsible work experience in applying GIS technology to support decision-making processes.
Pay
- Annual Salary: $56,258. - $77,418.
