Under the supervision of the Plumbing Foreman, this person is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and code-compliant plumbing installations across our large-scale projects. With a clear growth path into Foreman or Manager overseeing our dynamic builds, the sky is the limit! Position Responsibilities Perform plumbing installations on multifamily and commercial construction projectsLearn and perform all scopes of plumbing work, including underground, rough-in, top-out, and finishCoordinate with other trades to avoid conflicts and ensure project successMaintain safety and quality standards on all tasks and installsEnsure code compliance by testing, inspecting, and verifying all systems and connections Here’s What We’re Looking For Must have an active Journeyman or Master Plumber licenseThree or more years of plumbing experienceOSHA 30 certification preferredStrong knowledge of the International Plumbing Code (IPC), local codes, and construction safety requirementsA motivated team player with a strong work ethicDemonstrate and uphold Power Design’s core values of integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and growth.
