Responsibilities

• Work safely at all times; safety is the highest priority.
• Lay out and install commercial pipes in a wide variety of job settings.
• Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipe to required angles.
• Install hangers to hold pipes in place.
• Work at heights using ladders, lifts, or roofs.
• Install plumbing fixtures.
• Use a variety of power and hand tools.
• Brazing copper.
• Mentor apprentices and support crew development.

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial plumbing experience.
• Strong understanding of safety, layout, and teamwork.
• Commitment to a drug‑free workplace.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Team‑oriented.
• Basic “tape measure math.”
• Ability to work in extremes of heat, cold, and bad weather, both indoors and outdoors.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday and lift/carry up to 60 lb.
• Ability to work efficiently in confined spaces.
• Ability to reach above shoulders, crawl, squat, kneel, and bend.
• Fine motor control, good vision, and excellent hand‑eye coordination.
