About the role
As a Project Surveyor, you will supervise field operations, technical and drafting staff, conduct deed and map research, and manage projects.
Responsibilities
- Supervise field operations, technical and drafting staff, deed and map research, and project management.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate survey data into project plans.
- Use advanced equipment (e.g., total stations, GPS, 3D scanners) and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) to collect and analyze data.
- Perform boundary survey calculations, analysis, and final map checking.
- Abstract title data and maintain client relations.
Requirements
- Professional Licensed Surveyor (CO).
- 10 years of progressive experience in the industry.
- 2+ years of experience after registration.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external clients.
Pay
Base salary range: $130,000 – $145,000 per year. The range has not been adjusted for geographic differentials and may vary based on skills and experience.
