PLM Product Owner

Job Description

13 - 20 years of experience. Must have technical/functional skills. Must have experience with PLM software like 3DX, Teamcenter. PLM experience on aerospace process / certification and knowledge of products. Experience in executing projects in Agile Framework. Background in engineering, IT, or product data management, with experience in PLM customization and integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good to have Agile certifications SAFe / PSM
• Generic managerial skills
• Working in a dynamic environment
• Good to have Manufacturing domain understanding

Roles & Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and maintain the PLM product roadmap and backlog, turning business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Act as the primary liaison between engineering, manufacturing, IT, and external partners to gather requirements and drive adoption.
• Optimize PLM workflows, including Change Management (ECR/ECN), BOM management, and document control, aligning them with company goals.
• Drive product development using Scrum or SAFe, leading grooming and sprint planning sessions with technical teams.
• Ensure system availability, data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards, coordinating testing and deployment of new features.
