About the role

The Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) is a professional lacrosse league in North America, composed of 8 teams rostered with the best players in the world. Co-founded by lacrosse superstar Paul Rabil and his brother, serial entrepreneur and investor, Mike Rabil, the Premier Lacrosse League is backed by an investment group composed of Joe Tsai Sports, Brett Jefferson Holdings, The Raine Group, Creative Artists Agency (CAA), and other top investors in sports and media. Responsibilities

• Maintain an active TikTok/Instagram account
• Demonstrated ability to identify ‘clip-worthy’ moments
• Clip and edit video optimized for vertical channels
• Maintain posting cadence across channels
• Brainstorm creatively around vertical video concepts
• Adapt to ever-changing algorithms
• Work cross-functionally with video production team and social team
• Understand caption/hooks for short-form video

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining an active TikTok/Instagram account
• Demonstrated ability to identify ‘clip-worthy’ moments
• Clip and edit video optimized for vertical channels
• Follow and maintain posting cadence across channels
• Brainstorm creatively around vertical video concepts
• Proven ability to adapt to ever-changing algorithms
• Work cross-functionally with video production team and social team
• Understanding of caption/hooks for short-form video

Requirements

• Current students or recent graduates preferred
• Ability to create, plan, and execute compelling ideas that will promote league awareness across vertical video channels
• Has access to and can edit with Adobe Premiere Pro, Opus AI, CapCut and/or IG Edits
• Well-versed in social media trends and internet culture
• Strong collaboration, attention to detail, and time management skills
• Proven ability to generate social media content; knowledge of lacrosse is a plus
• Dependable turnaround and reliable delivery
• Motivated and proactive mentality

Benefits

• $1,000/month
• $500 bonus if a post goes over 500K in views; there is a cap of $3,000/month
