Pleasant Grove Truck Wash Technician

Job Description

The Truck Wash Technician / Detailer is responsible for cleaning and detailing commercial trucks and trailers, both interior and exterior, to ensure they meet company standards for appearance and hygiene. This position plays a critical role in maintaining our fleet’s professional image and ensuring vehicle readiness.

Experience and Skills

• Perform thorough cleaning of truck exteriors using power washers, brushes, and cleaning agents
• Clean and sanitize truck interiors, including dashboards, windows, floors, and sleeper cabs
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any damage or maintenance issues
• Apply wax, polish, or protective finishes to truck surfaces as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of the wash bay and detailing area
• Ensure proper use, care, and storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times
• Maintain records of complete washes and detailing services
• Absorb light shop or yard duties as needed

Work Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM
• Occasional weekends and overtime as needed
