Job Details

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Permanent PLC Controls Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team of dedicated professionals and play a key role in our company's growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement PLC control systems using RSLogix and Allen Bradley.
  • Utilize SolidWorks and AutoCAD to create detailed electrical diagrams and schematics.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and systems.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide technical support and training to maintenance and production staff.
  • Participate in project planning and budgeting, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a PLC Controls Engineer in the Manufacturing industry.
  • Proficient with RSLogix, Allen Bradley, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical controls and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proven ability to design and implement complex control systems that improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
