As a Playmaker at Play Playground in Downtown Nashville, you'll bring the energy, lead the games, and create unforgettable moments for guests from around the world. You'll guide players through interactive games, explain rules, encourage participation, and keep the excitement high. Whether you're helping first-time players or competitive groups, you'll make sure every guest feels welcome, engaged, and ready to play.

Responsibilities

• Host and facilitate interactive game experiences
• Explain game rules and scoring in a fun, engaging way
• Create an energetic and inclusive atmosphere
• Encourage teamwork, participation, and friendly competition
• Monitor gameplay and guest experience to keep things running smoothly
• Prioritize guest and team member safety at all times
• Collaborate with fellow Playmakers to deliver exceptional experiences
