Players Club Representative

About the role

The Players Club Representative at Rosie’s Gaming Emporium – Vinton is responsible for performing verifications on loose and bundled money, coin transactions, and check cashing. They also process jackpots, cash checks, cash advances, redeem valid gaming tickets, safeguard company assets, monitor for fraud, and execute guest loyalty and direct marketing programs.

Responsibilities

• Verifies transactions and serves as a guest contact.
• Processes jackpots, cashes checks, cash advances, and redeems gaming tickets.
• Safeguards company assets and adheres to internal control policies and procedures.
• Maintains and balances funds under their responsibility, preparing reconciliation reports.
• Maintains security of cash inventory and keys.
• Identifies valuable guests through observation, analysis, personal contact, and service.
• Executes guest loyalty and direct marketing programs.
• Accurately and efficiently performs data entry tasks associated with Players Club memberships.
• Reports and updates Player accounts using a Player tracking database.
• Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of special events, promotions, advertising campaigns, and community events.
• Displays superior people skills and a mature presence and confidence.
• Fulfills duties related to stock inventory, reprint promotional materials, and process OTB transactions as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Cash handling and guest service experience preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid Virginia Racing Commission License.

Pay

The Players Club Representative at Rosie’s Gaming Emporium – Vinton earns a base salary of $15.00 per hour.

Schedule

The Players Club Representative works long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Shifts may vary based on business needs.
