About the Role

As a Prairie Gold Representative, you will be one of the first faces our guests see and the go-to for all casino questions. You'll play an integral role in the marketing team at Prairie Meadows, ensuring guests have a positive experience from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide property details, rewards program information, and assistance with account setup and questions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company property, operations, community activities, promotions, and special events.
• Promote the Prairie Gold Rewards program and its benefits to guests.
• Assist with the execution of promotions and special events on property.
• Support the gift shop by creating and maintaining displays, operating the cash register, and helping guests.

Requirements

• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of cash registers is a plus; must be able to ring up sales, balance registers, handle cash accurately, and dispense change.
• Highly motivated and comfortable working with the public.
• Basic typing skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred.
• Willingness and ability to learn computer software programs.
• Ability to stand for long periods in a secondary smoke environment.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Availability for weekend, holiday, and varied hours.

Pay

$16.50/hour. Get paid when you need it – daily, weekly or biweekly!
