Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Aid in the development of guest invitation lists for special events.
• Explain terms of Player’s Club Program and qualification requirements to prospective gaming guests.
• Aid the Executive Host in developing business development programs to increase visitation.
• Track and prepare reports on specific players or groups of players for the Executive Host.
• Assist the Slot Department and/or Table Games Department with the operation of gaming tournaments.
• Represent the Casinos at specified off-property events as a Player Development Host.
• Identify and initiate relationships with new guests for possible enrollment into the ACE Club.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
• Minimum two years experience in casino event or promotion planning.
• Minimum two years applicable knowledge of casino games (Slots and Table Games), telemarketing, and casino patron sales techniques.
• Excellent organizational skills, computer literacy, ability to work with all departments, and excellent customer relations skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Must be able to stand, walk, climb stairs, sit, and lift up to 25 lbs. intermittently.
• Must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment.
• Must be able to work in an office and casino environment.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands

• Stand, move, and work throughout the office area and properties.
• Walk up to 1 mile.
• Climb stairs.
• Sit at a desk/work station for the duration of the shift.
• Work in a smoke-filled environment.
• Typically housed in an office environment.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but escalates when located in the casino environment.
• Grasp, bend, lift, and carry goods weighing up to 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis.
• Use office equipment including a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment, and multi-line telephone.
