Player Assistant

Core Responsibilities

• Patrol golf course, keeping the pace of play up and responding to golfers’ questions or concerns
• Cookordination golf course activities with golf shop and outside services: maintain an inventory of scorecards, pencils, tees, divot repair tools, and ball markers
• Recognize and resolve player concerns, while maintaining an elevated golfing experience with proper course etiquette to help ensure a pleasant visit for each guest

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Strong willingness to learn
