Playbook, Change & Reporting Analyst

Remote (first week must be onsite Palm Beach Gardens, FL) 6 Months Contract to Hire Job Desription Develop executive-level presentations, reports, and documentation for leadership and key stakeholders.Synthesize complex project information into clear, concise, and actionable business communications.Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) logs and track mitigation plans.Monitor action items, dependencies, and project deliverables to ensure timely execution.Analyze and document current-state and future-state business processes and workflows.Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes.Define and develop adoption KPIs to measure technology implementation success and user engagement.Create dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports to track adoption and operational metrics.Gather, document, and validate reporting requirements from business and technical stakeholders.Support data analysis, reporting strategy, and business insights for informed decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reporting accuracy, data integrity, and governance compliance.Present analytical findings, project status, and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.
