• Work & play 1-on-1 with kids on the autism spectrum
• Use play, patience, and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills

Pay & Benefits

• $21 - $25 / hour based on experience and education
• Hiring Bonus $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months
• $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months
• Additional Pay Incentives +$2/hour for weekend shifts
• +$5/hour for company-observed holidays

• Must be willing to travel within 20 miles
• We aim to match you with clients near your home, and we offer mileage reimbursement if your first client is over 20 miles away.

Who We’re Looking For

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A genuine passion for helping children and teens grow
• Reliable transportation
• No experience? No problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know.
• If you’ve ever worked as a nanny, paraprofessional, teacher, CNA, personal attendant, daycare, childcare, babysitter, caregiver, or aide, or studied psychology, social work, or sociology — you’re already halfway there!
