Shift Availability

Ability to train on the main shift before transitioning to the second shift.

What You Will Be Accountable For

  • Prepares work by studying product and process documentation, parts list, tools and fixtures.
  • Sets up and operates appropriate equipment, tanks and fixtures to plate various components.
  • Reviews documentation and work instructions to ensure alignment with engineering drawings.
  • Follows all instructions provided for daily and weekly tasks.
  • Maintains safe, clean working environment in compliance with Winchester policies and procedures.
  • Records and documents all assembly related inspection and test results, materials / parts, tools and fixtures in accordance with defined product and process specifications and assembly procedures.
  • Performs all labor, parts and related transactions on time and accurately in compliance with Winchester policies and procedures.

  • Investigate operational problems affecting production, report and recommend solutions.

  • Continually seek ways to simplify your operations, invest and/or rationalize costs.
