Platform Support (L2/PS) Engineer
About the role
The Platform Support (L2/PS) Engineer is responsible for the operational support, platform administration, observability, and automation of the Orchestra GenAI Gateway infrastructure and supporting platform components. This role focuses on maintaining platform health, monitoring pipelines, infrastructure services, deployment processes, and environment stability across multiple regions.
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina · Contract · $51.59–61.59 per hour · Bachelor's degree required

Qualifications
- Exposure to ServiceNow, Remedy, and enterprise workflow management tools
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure
- Understanding of security, compliance, vulnerability management, and enterprise risk controls

Pay
Hourly rate: $51.59–61.59. Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
