Platform Specialist
Description
MUST HAVE PUNCHH EXPERIENCE! We are seeking a Platform Support Specialist to support and manage loyalty platform operations, ticket resolution, and vendor coordination activities. This role is responsible for opening, prioritizing, tracking, and driving support tickets to resolution while ensuring timely communication with internal stakeholders and external support teams.
Responsibilities
- Open, prioritize, track, and resolve support tickets
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external support teams
- Investigate issues, gather documentation, and escalate critical concerns when necessary
Requirements
- Experience with Punchh or a similar loyalty platform
- Strong technical support skills
- Exceptional organization, accountability, follow-through, and a customer-focused mindset
- Experience supporting loyalty programs, managing support queues, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining knowledge documentation
Qualifications
Candidates with eligibility for benefits and a preference for remote work are encouraged to apply. The position is contract-based and located in Dublin, Ohio. The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr. The benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, retirement plans, and transportation benefits.
