Platform Senior Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve enterprise LAN, WAN, and SD-WAN platforms.
• Lead Cisco Meraki engineering and architecture efforts.
• Develop network standards, governance, and lifecycle roadmaps.
• Drive network resiliency, segmentation, and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Support acquisitions, plant expansions, and infrastructure modernization projects.
• Partner closely with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Operations teams.
• Improve network automation, monitoring, and operational efficiency.
• Serve as a senior technical resource and mentor within the IT organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of network engineering experience.
• Strong experience with Cisco networking technologies and Meraki.
• Expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, and SD-WAN.
• Experience designing scalable enterprise network architectures.
• Knowledge of network segmentation and Zero Trust principles.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience supporting multi-site or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Pay

Salary Range: $110,000 - $119,000. Compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and market considerations.
