Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of Falcon's AI detection and response capabilities for clients
• Optimize AI-driven threat detection models and response workflows for customers
• Configure machine learning algorithms to enhance detection efficacy and reduce false positives
• Develop automation playbooks for security operations based on AI insights
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AI-related issues in enterprise environments

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in IT deployments or customer environments
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity AI and machine learning applications
• Proficient in deploying software technologies across Windows, Mac, and Linux systems
• Experience with AI security tools and security automation platforms
• Able to communicate complex technical AI concepts effectively
