Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in IT Operations with a strong technical foundation
- Expertise in AIOps frameworks, private LLM hosting, and secure AI gateway management
- Proven track record in platform-level technical leadership for over 8 years
- Certifications as an the company Expert as well as Advanced Security/Cloud Architecture are required
- Possess strategic influence and an innovative mindset with a curiosity for future AIOps trends
