About the role
We are seeking a Platform Growth Lead to join our dynamic team. This role involves launching and growing our platform partners, focusing on expanding strategic accounts, driving growth, and supporting internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the post-sale onboarding, engagement, retention, and growth of strategic platform customers
- Drive expansion within accounts in the form of increasing loan origination and product expansion
- Identify new strategic opportunities to improve marketing, drive new product adoption and integration, and unlock incremental user segments
- Conduct preliminary diagnosis on issues impacting growth and account health
- Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure growth stays on track
- Support or lead quarterly business reviews and influence partners to prioritize and pursue key growth, GTM, and new product initiatives
- Share customer feedback and insights with Product, Engineering, Support, and Platform Partnerships to inform improvements to the Parafin partner experience
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a customer success or partnerships role, preferably focused on mid-market or enterprise segments
- Experience in a client-facing role managing multi-threaded relationships for a technical product, and demonstrated ability to build deep and influential relationships with partners up to the director level
- Proven track record of leading technical conversations and influencing internal and external teams to take action based on business and partner impact
- Track record of achieving revenue-based targets and goals, and driving account expansion
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, strong presence with partners
- Driven to help grow small businesses
Qualifications
- Familiarity with working on API-driven and other technical products
- Prior experience building business cases to drive strategic decision-making by your accounts
- Prior exposure to working directly with executive/C-suite stakeholders
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to solve account issues and drive partner experience improvements
- Some experience with product marketing and/or go-to-market strategy
