About the Role
- Lead triage and resolution of infrastructure incidents, ensuring timely support and operational continuity across enterprise platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to infrastructure engineers, driving best practices across servers, storage, networking, cloud, and platform services.
- Architect, implement, and govern scalable hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure solutions, including automation and platform standardization.
- Establish and enforce infrastructure architecture standards, policies, and design principles, conducting reviews to ensure alignment and compliance.
- Monitor, optimize, and proactively improve complex, mission-critical infrastructure through observability, alerting, capacity planning, and emerging technology adoption.
- Partner with architects, business stakeholders, and vendors to evaluate technology solutions, support M&A due diligence, and deliver infrastructure capabilities that meet strategic business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of industry-related professional experience and education.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience supporting systems in a large-scale, multi-user, multi-domain, multi-application, multi-server enterprise environment.
- Preferably knowledge in a healthcare environment and understanding of compliance with government regulations such as HIPAA / HITECH Security Rules.
- Working experience in infrastructure key technologies such as server hardware, virtualization, public cloud, NAS/SAN storage, LAN and WAN networking, backups, systems security, server technologies such as Windows and Unix/Linux-based operating systems.
- Working experience in public cloud architecture and design as well as computing concepts particularly related to IaaS and PaaS approaches desired.
- Networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DHCP, internal and external DNS.
- Industry certifications in specific discipline is highly desired or working toward such certification.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $120,000.00 - $140,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
