Plastic Surgery Nurse Practitioner (NPFA) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Job Description Summary
The Advanced Practice Provider (APP), Physician Assistant (PA) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) works in collaboration with the physician in hospital-based inpatient and outpatient settings. They perform invasive procedures and require a high level of independent clinical decision-making.
Responsibilities And Duties
- Works under direction and in consultation/collaboration with the physician.
- Promotes quality outcomes and initiatives.
- Must have a Supervision Agreement (SA) or Standard Care Arrangement (SCA) with a physician in like practice.
- Practices within applicable state laws, appropriate boards, and in accordance with his/her/their SA/SCA and delineation of privileges.
- Focuses on safety, quality, and efficiency in performing job duties as a High Reliability Organization (HRO).
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's Degree (Required)
- RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing
