Plastic Surgery Assistant Professor- College of Medicine

Responsibilities

• Provide care for plastic surgery patients in the inpatient and outpatient setting
• Engaged in the academic and educational missions of the institution
• Develop a practice focused on aesthetic surgery
• Participate in the education of medical residents, fellows, postdoctoral scholars and students

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent degree
• Candidate must be Board eligible/Board certified
• Candidate must be committed to providing quality clinical care, student/resident teaching and research
• Fellowship in Aesthetic Surgery is desirable but not required to be considered for the position
• Necessary teaching skills
• Able to manage multiple projects
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to network effectively
• Strong written, oral and presentation skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
