About the role
We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Plastic Surgeon to join a growing and well-established practice in Jacksonville, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Work in a collaborative environment with strong operational support
- Provide care to an established patient base
- Collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative teams
- Offer both cosmetic and reconstructive procedures
- Build strong patient relationships through consultations
- Commit to exceptional patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery
- Active FL medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in cosmetic and/or reconstructive procedures
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Growth-minded approach to the profession
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
- Experience with both surgical and non-surgical aesthetic procedures
- Strong consultation and patient relationship-building skills
