Sono Bello is hiring a Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible Plastic Surgeon to join the nation’s largest aesthetic surgery practice. Since 2008, our surgeons have performed more than 300,000 procedures across 130+ locations nationwide. The practice provides a built‑out infrastructure—including national marketing, dedicated patient‑consultation teams, scheduling, intake, staffing, billing, and day‑to‑day operations—so surgeons can focus on surgery and patient care without the operational burden of running a private practice.

Compensation
Production‑based and scales with surgical volume, schedule, and individual productivity. Top earners exceed $1 million annually. Earnings are uncapped and vary based on procedure volume, case mix, scheduling capacity, market, and individual productivity. Ask your recruiter for a detailed breakdown.
Compensation Range: $350,000 USD – $750,000 USD
