About the role

Seeking a skilled Plastic Surgeon specializing in cosmetic and reconstructive breast and body procedures. Fellowship-trained candidates and those with post-fellowship experience are welcome. Equity and partnership opportunities are available after one year.

Schedule

Full-time, on-site position. Monday through Friday; no nights, weekends, or call.

Responsibilities

• Perform cosmetic and reconstructive breast and body procedures.
• Conduct consultations, evaluations, and treatment planning.
• Provide surgical and post-operative patient care.
• Collaborate with clinical and surgical staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or Board-Eligible in Plastic Surgery.
• Active Massachusetts medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Fellowship training or post-fellowship experience.
• Strong surgical skills and patient-centered approach.
• Before-and-after photos required during candidate presentation.
