A private practice is in search of a full-time BE/BC Plastics/Reconstructive Surgeon to join their well-established and expanding surgical practice in Idaho Falls, ID.
This represents a unique opportunity to join one other experienced plastic and reconstructive surgeon as a true partner dedicated to providing full service plastic and reconstructive care, including microsurgery, for a large and underserved geographic area.
This position will also support the Level II trauma program with emergent care of hand and facial trauma in a rotation of 3-4 plastic/hand surgeons. This will allow for program expansion in the areas of advanced microsurgery, limb salvage, and other services not currently offered in our service area.
Qualified Candidates
- Accepting 2026 Fellows
- Board eligible or board certified
- Breast reconstruction, oncoplastic reconstruction, and general reconstructive microsurgery training required
- Willingness to practice full breadth of plastic surgery with an emphasis on reconstruction, including free tissue transfer
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of nursing, physicians and administration
- Mandatory to obtain an Idaho license
