Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales quotas for plastic surgery products within the Mid-Atlantic region.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, plastic surgeons, practice managers, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration for Davol's product line.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and in-service training for customers.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with customers, ensuring favorable terms for Davol.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regularly report on sales performance to leadership.
- Attend and represent Davol at industry conferences, trade shows, and professional meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, clinical education, and customer service, to support sales initiatives.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Davol's product portfolio, clinical applications, and competitive landscape.
- Adhere to all company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, marketing, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful Surgical Device sales experience, with a strong preference for experience in plastic surgery, aesthetics, or reconstructive surgery.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing market share.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Mid-Atlantic region (up to 75%).
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Salary ranges may vary for Field-based and Remote roles. $175,849 - $290,151 Base + Incentive.
