Plaster Tender

Job Description

• Prepare and mix plaster, stucco, cement, and related materials to required specifications to support field operations
• Supply plasterers with a steady flow of materials to maintain productivity and workflow on job sites
• Load, transport, and stage materials, tools, and equipment using appropriate methods and equipment
• Aid in the setup, maintenance, and teardown of scaffolding, staging, and work platforms
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including ongoing removal of debris and waste
• Clean and maintain tools, mixers, and equipment to ensure proper functionality and longevity
• Assist with surface preparation activities, including cleaning and protecting surrounding areas prior to application
• Absorb and distribute materials at job sites
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support project needs and team objectives

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to perform basic math
• Able to withstand prolonged periods standing and working outside
• Physically able to perform assigned tasks
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time
