Description
- Program and operate CNC plasma cutting table to cut steel components to specification
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
- Import and edit part files/nesting layouts using CAD/CAM software
- Set up material on the table and adjust cutting parameters (speed, amperage, torch height) for optimal cut quality
- Deburr and clean up completed pieces to remove slag, sharp edges, and rough cuts
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality; make adjustments as needed
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on plasma table equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Communicate with production team to prioritize cutting schedules and meet deadlines
Position Details
Pays $22/per hour, depending on experience (may be higher)

Requirements
- Qualifications: Prior experience with CNC plasma table programming/operation preferred; Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings; Basic computer proficiency; CAD/CAM software experience a plus; Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset; Ability to lift/move materials as needed and work safely around industrial equipment; Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently; Ability to lift 50 lbs independently (100 lbs with assistance); Ability to frequently stand, bend, push, pull, and various repetitive motions
