About the role

Join an international team at Grifols, a global healthcare company that has been improving health and well‑being since 1909. As a Plasma Processor (Customer Service) you will work in a plasma center, handling donor samples, inventory, and shipping while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Location: Sioux Falls, SD (North America).

Responsibilities

• Collects and processes donor samples for processing and testing.
• Records weight of product and samples.
• Labels samples and freezes units for final packing within required timeframe.
• Packs units for final shipment; packs samples and prepares shipping box to send samples to the testing lab.
• Monitors stored products and reports working conditions of equipment.
• Maintains active communication and quality.

Skills

• Great organizational, computer, and trouble‑shooting skills.
• Comfortable working in extreme temperatures (e.g., plasma freezer below 32°F).
• Ability to maintain accurate donor files, manage shipping, and control inventory.
• Strong hand‑eye coordination and fine motor skills for precise movements.
• Ability to stand for 4–6 hours per day, bend/twist neck and waist 1–2 hours, and perform frequent hand and foot movements.
• Capable of light lifting (15 lbs occasional) and lifting 25–35 lbs for 1–2 hours per day, with a maximum lift of 50 lbs.
• Hearing acuity essential; color perception/discrimination and vision correctable to 20/30 in one eye and 20/100 in the other.
• Ability to comprehend and follow oral or written instructions.
