Responsibilities

• Collects and processes donor samples for processing and testing.
• Records weight of product and samples.
• Limits samples and freezes units for final packing within required timeframe.
• Packs units for final shipment; packs samples and prepares shipping box to send samples to the testing lab.
• Maintains active communication and quality.

Requirements

• Superior customer service standards
• A High School diploma or GED
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• An interest in making a difference in the world

Qualifications

• Great organizational, computer, and trouble-shooting skills
• Comfortable being exposed to extreme temperatures
• Familiarity with handling biological fluids and equipment
• Physical demands: Standing for 4 to 6 hours per day, bending and twisting neck and waist for 1-2 hours per day, frequent hand movement, precise finger coordination, frequent foot movement, light lifting up to 50lbs.
