Plasma Donation Center Nurse

Role: LPN or RN at a plasma donation center. Responsibilities Perform donor assessments and start IV lines.Monitor donors during plasma collection and respond to adverse reactions.Ensure compliance with FDA and cGMP regulations.Accurately document procedures and donor information in EMR systems.Maintain infection control standards and prioritize donor safety.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support operational efficiency.Assist in staff training and contribute to optimizing center flow.Provide compassionate care in a fast-paced outpatient environment. Qualifications & Skills Current LPN or RN licensure.Experience in patient care, preferably in outpatient or blood donation settings.Knowledge of FDA and cGMP regulations.Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.Ability to respond effectively to medical reactions and emergencies.
